Fight Inc. will be collaborating with University of Florida Student Organizations Gators Against Human Trafficking and Gators for Free the Slaves to provide a human trafficking montage at the Plaza of the Americas. Each group will have their own display about modern day slavery and information for students to get involved in the fight against modern day slavery. This event is free and open to the general public.



TUESDAY February 2, 2016. 12:30-2PM

Santa Fe College Library


Come watch a short film (25min) that exposes the reality of sex trafficking in the United States.Following the film, a 20-min presentation aims to  answer the question: What kind of society is producing so many men willing to buy a woman or child for sex? Admission is free and open to the general public.



THURSDAY February 4, 2016. 6-9PM

First Magnitude Brewery


Come join in on a conversation about human trafficking and how it exists in Florida over a beer at First Magnitude Brewery. Learn about the ways you can get involved to put an end to modern day slavery in our community.



SATURDAY February 6, 2016. 12-3PM

Haile Plantation Village Center


Come and be a part of the 7th Annual Run Toward Justice 5K Run/Walk hosted at the Haile Plantation Village Center. The registration fee of $20 and a signed waiver will provide each participant with a race t-shirt, a box lunch courtesy of Lime Rock Road Neighborhood Grill  and a timing chip (after January 26th the registration fee does not include the race t-shirt). Running packets will be given the day of the race (please arrive no later that 12:30). Pre-registration begins at noon and the RACE BEGINS at 1PM. Winners and prizes will be announced at 1:45PM.
